mirrored plexiglass, is there something that I can put on plexiglass?

I need to make mirrored plexiglass for my photography, is there something that I can put on plexiglass that will give it the mirror effect.
Plexiglass was purchased on ebay.

you can get plexiglass that is already mirrored.

The above link sells mirrored acrylic in various sizes.

If you have a local plastic fabrication shop (check yellow pages) chances are they have some scrap pieces of mirror acrylic, depending on how big you need.

If you already have the acrylic, you can add reflective mylar film, (make sure you get the thicker mylar so it stays smooth and doesn’t crinkle).

However the actual mirrored plexiglass is the best way to go.
