Photography Waiver Forms

photography waiver forms
Nude Photography question help?

So I recently did a semi nude photoshoot with this one girl. It was a learning experience and it turned out to be fun at the same time. It helped that I knew the girl for a long time before the shoot. So I knew I could trust her and she could trust me. I did make her sign the release form. But here is my question:
I often hear people say, “make the subj sign the waiver, that helps protect you in case she comes back at you later.” But that works basically when it concerns where and how the pictures will be portrayed. So what actually protects you from the subj accusing you of something you KNOW you didn’t? Just knowing that the law favors the word of women as opposed men a lil more, I was just wondering how other photographers may protect themselves from that possibility or do they even think about it at all?

Sorry but any help would be great. Also nothing has happened!

It usually boils down to a matter of trust between both of you.

It helps to have a reputation of being 100% above reproach as a person and photographer.

I have shot a lot of nudes and I could call on many models to say I am respectable and do not try anything.

It is always a worry though. I have knocked back jobs that I was not comfortable shooting.
