Which PC to buy for media/photography out of these 2?

I am getting a PC for building websites using dreamweaver/photoshop and various flash programs, etc. Also will be using my PC for editing my photography work so I want it to be good. It will be running three monitors aswell.

Out of these systems which should i get?

Intel® CoreTM i5 760 (2.8GHz/8MB cache)
Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
8GB1 Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz
1000GB2 SATA hard drive (RPM) (7200RPM)
1024 (MB) ATI HD5450 Radeon
£650

Intel® CoreTM i7 2600 (3.4GHz/8MB cache)
Genuine Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
8GB1 Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz
1000GB2 SATA hard drive (RPM) (7200RPM)
1024 (MB) ATI HD5780 Radeon
£1020

Do I need the higher spec pc for what im doing as its a bit more £££? Also if i got the lower spec PC I would be tempted to get a 1GB ATI HD 5770 card to install aswell so total would be £800 and itd run my triple monitors more smoothly?

I know ive asked a lot but thanks if you try and respond haha :)

To be honest the i5 should be more power than you need. I would save the money and go with the first choice. An i5 is a very powerful processor. Just make sure you have a graphics card that will be good enough for you, as well as monitors that output the correct resolution to match the graphics card.
