whats the best photoshop elements to buy?

i just use it for colour isolation, croping, spot healing, colour adjustments, burn and dodge are my main biggest concerns in photography.
and considering its a 10th of the price of actual photoshop
what version should i buy to meet my expectations?
dont compare gimp to photoshop
no comparability there

I’d probably start with 6 (current version). That’s the one I’ve installed and am learning along with my Canon Digital Rebel XTi camera.
