Need help with displaying 8×10 photos on a an easel for an art/photography show?
I’ve been asked to display my digital photos in an art show and need to do this fast. I have about 8-10 photos and I’m thinking of printing them 8×10 size and I’ve been told there will be easels at the show that I can put my photos up on. They can be framed or on core board. Any suggestions how I should do this? so I can hopefully use them in the future exhibits also? This show is on Tuesday 7/29 -
Foam core board is available at most craft/art stores. It is easy to cut and you can buy spray adhesive to fix the photos to the board. It comes in black or white (other colors are also availible but not always as easy to find). If you are planning to reuse the photos you may want to spring for acid free or cotton rag core board, but they will cost you more. Do not get locked into an 8X10 size. Go with dimensions that work with the best crop for the photo. You may also want to leave a border of the core board around the photo like a matting almost.
