Are there any online communities where I can shoot photographs to given themes for awards/recognition?

As it stands I am studying photography full time and would like to better establish and further my style through the healthy medium of competition. Does anyone know of any sites through which I could do this? Ideally something with themes or briefs to work to and awards/recognition for success.
